What payment types do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards through our dedicated and secure payment gateway, powered by Authorize.Net. Additionally, for your convenience, we also accept PayPal from customers with a U.S. PayPal account. You can even purchase with personal checks or money orders, although please bear in mind that if you choose to pay with a check, we will not be able to ship your order until it clears, which generally takes 3-5 business days from the time we receive your payment.

Do you accept international orders?
Due to the cost involved in shipping internationally, we need to impose a minimum purchase amount. Additionally, due to the high rate of credit card fraud, we are unable to process international credit cards online. If you are a customer outside of the USA and wish to purchase any of our lingerie products, please Contact Us and we will reply to you as soon as possible to discuss your requirements.

How long will it take to process my order?
The vast majority of our orders placed online are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours, excluding weekends.
If we experience any significant delays in the processing of your order, we will attempt to contact you as soon as possible via E-mail. Delays in order processing are most commonly caused by items needing to be backordered (see below).

I received an E-mail saying some items I ordered are on backorder. What does this mean?
Although we make every effort to ensure that items advertised for sale on our website are actually in stock, due to the dynamic nature of the order fulfillment cycle, certain items might be temporarily out of stock when an order is placed.
The restocking time for such items varies, but is generally around 1-3 weeks.
If any items are not available for immediate shipment, we contact the customer as soon as possible via E-mail so we may determine the required course of action.
Note: If item availability is essential, we strongly suggest contacting us to confirm, before placing your order, to avoid delays and frustration.

How can I keep track of the progress of my order?
If you have an account with us, you can view the status of your orders from your
Account Home Page once you have signed-in.
Additionally, whether you have an account or not, we provide all customers with the option of automatically receiving E-mail updates on the status of their orders.
We also E-mail all customers FedEx/UPS tracking numbers as soon as they are available for your order.

Why am I not receiving any of your E-mails?
We have received many reports from customers stating that they don't receive E-mails from us. Unfortunately, many free E-mail providers such as Yahoo, Hotmail etc. have implemented very aggressive "spam filters", often resulting in our E-mails being delivered straight to the "junk" folder; or worse, deleted immediately.
ISPs such as AOL, Earthlink and Netscape are no better, and customers using an E-mail address from their internet provider frequently have little chance of receiving our E-mails.
We don't agree with such draconian filtering, especially as it causes frustration to our customers, but it is totally out of our control and all we can suggest is that customers expecting E-mails from us check their spam/junk/bulk folders frequently, and/or add our E-mail domain to the "this is not spam" configuration within the E-mail client.

Why do items appear in my cart when I sign-in to my account?
If you have an account with LunarLingerie, we automatically save any items added to your shopping cart in our database - these items are retrieved and restored into your shopping cart the next time you sign-in.| ---------------------------------------- | Top |  |
If an item is in my cart, is it reserved for me?
Unfortunately, no. Stock availability changes constantly, so an item saved in your cart may well be out of stock by the time you wish to checkout if there is a long period of time between placing the item in your cart and checking-out.

Why is my credit card being rejected?
The address you enter for the "Billing Address" must be the same address that is registered with your credit card company - i.e. the address at which you normally receive statements.
If you have recently changed your address, the address on file at your credit card company might be out of date, and this can cause our payment processor to reject it.
Additionally, the 3 or 4 digit security code (cvv2) on your card must be present and correctly entered. This is an additional security measure that ensures the card is actually in the customer's possession.

Why does 'Roxy World' appear on the PayPal checkout?

Why does PayPal display the wrong total on the first screen?
If your order is subject to sales tax, PayPal does not include this in the first total that you see displayed - don't worry, the total cost of your order will be calculated correctly before final payment is made.

What shipping address can I choose in PayPal?
For our protection against fraudulent orders, we generally only ship to a customer's PayPal confirmed address, although various factors are taken into consideration before enforcing this policy.
If you wish for your order to be shipped elsewhere on your behalf (e.g. as a gift), we strongly advise payment with a credit card.

How do I purchase Gift Vouchers?
Gift Vouchers can be purchased just like any other item at LunarLingerie and can be paid for using our store's standard secure payment methods.
Once purchased, the value of the Gift Voucher will be added to your own personal Gift Voucher Account, which is linked exclusively to your main LunarLingerie Account.
If your Gift Voucher Account is in credit, then whenever you are signed in to LunarLingerie, the balance of your Gift Voucher Account will be shown in the Shopping Cart box.

Can I send Gift Vouchers to a friend?
Of course! When you are signed in to your account, a link will appear in the shopping cart box that will enable you to send part (or all) of your Gift Voucher Account to a friend via E-mail. Note: you can only send whole-dollar amounts.
You will need to supply their name, E-mail address and the amount you wish to send. Optionally, for that personal touch, you can include a short message with your gift.
LunarLingerie will then automatically send an E-mail to your friend, containing your message and a link that must be clicked to redeem their gift.

How do I use my Gift Vouchers to purchase from LunarLingerie?
If you have funds in your Gift Voucher Account, you can use those funds to purchase other items in our store.
At the first step in the checkout, look for the check box titled "Use funds in my Gift Voucher Account". If this is selected, we will automatically use the balance in your account for full or partial payment of your order.
Note:
Gift Vouchers are applied after the total purchase amount (including tax, shipping and discount coupons) has been calculated.
You will still have to select another payment method if there is not enough in your Gift Voucher Account to cover the cost of your purchase.
If you have more funds in your Gift Voucher Account than the total cost of your purchase, the balance will be left in your Gift Voucher Account for future use.
You cannot use Gift Vouchers on any orders which themselves contain one or more Gift Vouchers.

How do I redeem a Gift Voucher I received by E-mail?
If you receive a Gift Voucher by E-mail, it will contain details of the sender, along with (optionally) a short message from them.
To redeem your Gift Voucher, simply click on the link provided in the E-mail.
If you don't already have an account at LunarLingerie, you will be requested to create one (it's free and only takes a few minutes), before the Gift Voucher is validated and placed in your personal Gift Voucher Account.
