Where do you ship to?
We currently only ship to states within the continental USA (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).
We are happy to accept international orders offline - please see our FAQ for more information if you are a customer outside of the USA and wish to purchase any of our items. Note: We do not offer shipping to APO/FPO addresses or PO Boxes. ----------------------------------------What are your shipping costs?
The shipping cost is automatically added at the checkout, based on the type of shipping required and the value of your order. All orders over $100 (After discounts and excluding Gift Vouchers) qualify for free standard shipping.
Standard: $6.95
2nd Day: $14.95
Overnight: $24.95
Note:
Gift Vouchers are stored in your personal account and incur no delivery charge.
Shipping costs are deemed a taxable service by New York state, so are included in the tax calculation (if you require delivery within New York).
If you are ordering on a Friday, we recommend 2nd Day if you need rush delivery, since orders do not leave our warehouse until the following Monday or Tuesday (no Saturday deliveries).

Please allow 24-48 hours (excluding weekends) order processing time, in addition to the following shipping estimates:
Standard: 2-5 Business days
2nd Day: 1-3 Business days
Overnight: 1-2 Business days
Please treat these figures as indicative only, as shipping times cannot be guaranteed. If you absolutely must have delivery by a certain date, please E-mail us first to verify both stock availability and that we are realistically able to meet your requirement.
We recommend that if you need 2nd day or overnight delivery, that orders are placed before midday EST Mon-Fri.

We strive to achieve 100% satisfaction, although we understand that sometimes it will be necessary for customers to return items to us. We aim to make this process as smooth and painless as possible!
The first step is to contact us, preferably via E-mail, here: returns@lunarlingerie.com, quoting your order number, a brief note explaining the return/exchange reason and your contact details.
We will reply as soon as possible, providing instructions on how to complete your return/exchange.
Please note:
We can only accept returns/exchanges within 15 business days of delivery.
We don't allow customers to exchange items for a different style - we will only exchange sizes. If you require different item(s), you will need to return the unwanted item(s) (subject to a 20% restocking fee), and then fill out and submit a new order.
Please refer to our Sizing Charts and take careful measurements to help reduce incidents of returns due to wrong size items. We are happy to provide exchanges if there is a problem with the sizing, subject to a $10 handling and re-shipping charge.
Certain intimately worn items are not exchangeable for health and safety reasons - we will only provide a replacement if these items are defective. These items include (but are not limited to): g-strings, panties, teddies and some corsets.
We cannot pay return shipping costs and are not liable for items lost in transit (insuring all returns is the responsibility of the customer).
Items that are received in a damaged condition due to improper packaging or general mistreatment will not be accepted (we recommend re-using the original packaging).
Items that have been altered or modified in any way from their original form will not be accepted.
We cannot ship exchange items until we receive the original back in suitable condition, so please do not ask us to cross-ship.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability, and if item(s) need to be Backordered, we will contact you as soon as possible to determine how you would like to proceed.
Exchanges are always shipped Standard Ground, regardless of how the original order was shipped, unless the customer is willing to pay extra for 2nd Day or Overnight.
Refunds:
We cannot refund the original shipping costs.
A restocking fee of 20% (of total item cost) is charged for refunds of non-defective merchandise, unless the return is due to an error on the part of LunarLingerie
We can only offer such low prices on our items by strictly enforcing our return and exchange policies, and these should be considered as part of the contract between customers and LunarLingerie when shopping at our store.
